As flames swallowed the little monopoly-like hell notes, paper-made "clothes" and "jewellery",
I wondered how it feels like to lose the ones closest to you.
Is it painful?
No doubt, it is.
Is it agonising?
For that one moment, definitely.
I think it will feel like a part of your heart is torn away, corroded and eaten up by acid.
Grief and longingness will engulf you.
Driven mad by sorrow, tears will come falling.
But as people always say:
Time heals all wounds.
We adapt.
Pain dilutes.
The world moves on.
What about them?
Their whole lives devoted to your well-being.
They put their heart and souls to protect you.
They risk everything to give the best of the world to you.
They loved you.
They love you.
They will continue to love you.
You moved on.
What about them?
Forgotten, blotted out of your mind?
As the hell-notes reduce to ash, with black smoke billowing in the air,
I wonder how it feels like to lose the ones closest to you.
